BCM DAY 2009

The BCM OPEN DAY 2009 is very different; more people, more stores, more blessed!
Mary made some muffins, chiffon cakes and cup cakes too! All sold like hot cakes!

BCM DAY 2007!

Yesterday, May 1st, 2007, was BCM Open Day. Mary and I cooked something different this time, Johor laksa. It is different because it uses spahetti for the noodles and the gravy is made up of fish. The condiments for garnishing are made up of Bombay onions, bean sprouts, shredded cucumber sambal and balsam leaves. Lots of work for the day before and Mary baked 10 chiffon cakes as well. they were gone pretty fast. One Indian brother bought 4 of the cakes!
Fun but tired.
